Jan offers her services to people who suffer with mental health issues, and also provides life skills courses.

Sessions can be carried out with people within their own homes, as well as in the Natural Manna consulting room at Jan’s residence in North Wales on the Isle of Anglesey.

Jan can usually visits clients as far as Aberystwyth and Carmarthen in Wales, all the way up to Manchester, Liverpool and Cheshire in the north-east of England.

Charges

1st Session will be £30 per hour or part thereof

2nd to 5th Sessions will be £25 per hour or part thereof

Further sessions for the remainder of therapy £22.50 per hour
